Our Purpose
In the beginning God created mankind to be in a loving relationship with Him. We were created to be part of
His eternal family and forever share His love as His children. He put His nature in us allowing us to
commune with Him in the way He desired to commune with us.

Our Problem
Mankind reached for it's own way thus rejecting the way of God. We took on a diseased nature of sin that
places "I" at the center of our lives rather than "God". The result of our selfish choice is that we are now
separated from God by our sin and are lost and dying without hope of reconciliation. Our sinful natures can
not be healed through our own tainted efforts. No matter how good or religious we attempt to become, we
can generate no cure for this terminal pandemic of our souls.

God’s Person
God came from Heaven in the person of Jesus Christ to restore mankind to Himself. Since we were
unable to return to God on our own, He came to bring us back. Jesus was supernaturally born having God
as His Father and a young Hebrew virgin as His mother. In this He came as both God and man. Being
human He was able to represent us to God, and being divine He was able to represent God to us. Like a
living bridge He did not show us the way but rather He became the way.

God’s Perfection
Jesus lived a perfect life, opened to God, never reaching for His own way. Where our first representatives,
Adam and Eve, failed by choosing their own selfish desires, He succeeded by submitting to God's rule in
all things . Never at any time did He pursue a selfish thought or action. Not once did He sin by becoming
His own master but He did and said only what was commanded by God the Father.

God’s Performance
Jesus reached out to mankind and showed us that God still wants us. For 3 1/2  years He publicly
demonstrated the love of God for us through various acts of healing, miracles, signs, and wonders. He
taught that at long last the time of the restoration of mankind's purpose had come and that God is seeking
the children that have been lost to Him through sin.

God’s Proposal
He died on the cross and rose from the dead to offer us reconciliation. Jesus' death on the cross was a
ransom for our souls, His blood can wash all our sins away and has become the only cure for our disease
of sin. His burial confirmed that His life was fully extinguished in exchange for ours to be fully invigorated.
His resurrection from the dead is the guarantee that we can now truly return to God through Him. We can
again live in a loving relationship with God as our gracious and loving Heavenly Father by Jesus Christ.

God’s Promise
All accepting His offer are restored but all rejecting remain shut off from God. If we forsake the path of
selfish rule and choose rather to submit to God through Jesus Christ, because of what He has done, we
will be saved. He has promised eternal life and restoration to all who believe and trust in Him. Our purpose
and destiny are today before us and they will be gained or lost by either our acceptance or rejection of
Jesus Christ as our Lord, master, and King.
Whoever calls upon the name of
the Lord shall be saved.
