  • COMMANDED to LOVE
“And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all
your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength....You shall
love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater
than these.”
                                                                       Mark 12:30, 31

-The most fundamental command that God has given is that we love.
This is the whole of what He requires of us. We seek obedience to this
command in all we do, asking ourselves if we are operating out of love for
God and the people we encounter?

  • COMMISIONED to LEAD
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been
given to Me in heaven and on earth. “Go therefore and make disciples of
all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and
the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and
lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
                                                                       Matthew 28:18

-The commission to make disciples flows naturally out of our love for God
and people. We are not satisfied with others living beneath their spiritual
means but are intentional in our efforts to reproduce Christ in all  who we
come in contact with. We have been authorized and empowered to make
disciple of Christ and our church exists for this sole purpose.
